Erin & Jo founded The Edible Flower in 2016. Having run a successful supper club in their East London home, the Leytonstone Brewhouse & Kitchen, they moved to Northern Ireland to find a permanent base a bit closer to nature.
The Edible Flower is a fork to fork supper club and catering company for lovers of good food and craft beer.
The food they cook and the beer they brew is inspired by local and seasonal produce, wild food and their travels in Ireland and all over the world. They create fresh, delicious, surprising and colourful dishes, often using Asian, Middle Eastern or Mexican flavours.
Erin and Jo now travel a little less. They live and work from their farmhouse in Saintfield, County Down. They have plans for an organic market garden, chickens, pigs, a small brewery, self-catering accommodation, a cookery school and of course, a party barn.
