Kick off the Summer bank holiday weekend in tasty style and  join us at Indie Fude in Comber for a fabulous seven course Asian Street Food Feast on Thursday 25 August or  Friday 26 August. The menu is inspired by the vibrant street food flavours of Asia and some of the gorgeous artisanal Irish products that Johnny sells at Indie Fude. You can expect some delicious, fragrant, oriental flavours,  some surprising combinations and a little cooking demo as well. We’ll be matching a few of the courses with a taste of  craft beers and chatting about Asian street food, beer and brewing.

Indie Fude is an independent food company sourcing locally handmade Irish products. They love supporting local food makers and sharing the lovely products they find with their customers via their online shop, their deli in Comber and at a range of markets across Northern Ireland.

The menu: An Asian Street Food Feast inspired by the snacks and roadside cafes on the streets of Bangkok, Saigon, Vientiane, Kunming & Phnom Penh. Think lemongrass, chilli, galangal, coconut, lots of fresh herbs and a few fabulous artisanal Irish products from Indie Fude.

The drinks: This event is BYO. Please bring a bottle (or more) of your favourite tipple. A welcome cocktail will be provided plus a small taste of craft beer matched with a few of the courses.
