We are delighted and honoured to be hosting the Spring/Summer 2017 Assembly Gathering at our Victorian Farmhouse in the drumlins of Co.Down on the outskirts of Saintfield.
Conceived and organised by Mel Wiggins, Assembly Gatherings are seasonal events for creative females; a space to connect with others and enjoy the simple pleasures of food, making and community.
The event will celebrate the season, the longer evenings and the transition from spring to summer. There will be inspiring and creative workshops – cheesemaking with The Edible Flower (us!) and macrame with ASTRL Fibres, a sunset photo walk and a three-course seasonal, organic, local menu full of colour, Middle Eastern spice and ingredients from our garden and the surrounding fields and hedgerows. There will be hot drinks around the firepit and plenty of time to connect and reconnect with all the other creative women attending. It’s going to be a magical evening.
Spring/Summer Assembly Gathering will be held on Saturday 10 June at 4pm, tickets are £60 per person. This event is for women only (sorry fellas!).
For more information and how to book tickets visit the Assembly Gatherings page on Mel’s website.
