Cooking the Whole Pig @ Indie Fude on Saturday 11th March 2017

We’ve teamed up with The Curious Farmer, Joel Kerr, for this cooking demo at Indie Fude, from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday 11th March. 

Joel is introducing the first in a series of cooking demonstrations on how to prepare delicious dishes using cuts from the whole animal. The first class will be purely focused on pork using meat from native breed free range pigs reared on Joel’s farm. We will be show you how to cook pork dishes from around the world as well as how to prepare the perfect salads and sides to go with them.

For those looking to carry on the experience at home you will be provided with lots of recipe cards and you can pick up some of The Curious Farmer recipe kits on the day, comprising cuts meat and other key homemade ingredients.
