Mexican Feast @ Indie Fude – Thursday 22 & Friday 23 September


Join us at Indie Fude in Comber for a delicious evening of  Mexico-inspired Food on Thursday 22nd September or Friday 23 September. We both really love Mexican food, and a proper Mexican foodie trip is on the bucket list, but in the meantime we’re inspired by some brilliant recipes from Diana Kennedy and Thomasina Miers, and by the amazing Mexican food we enjoyed during a Southern California road trip last year.

Indie Fude is an independent food company sourcing locally handmade Irish products. They love supporting local food makers and sharing the lovely products they find with their customers via their online shop, their deli in Comber and at a range of markets across Northern Ireland. And we love using their products in our supper clubs menus – Irish Mexican fusion!

The menu: Three courses of fresh & colourful Mexican-inspired dishes (plus a few extras). Think avocado, coriander, lime, sweetcorn, chillies, slow-cooked pork and pink pickled onions.

The drinks: This event is BYO. Please bring a bottle (or more) of your favourite tipple. A welcome cocktail will be provided plus a small taste of craft beer matched with a few of the courses.

The cost: £32 per person (plus a £2.57 booking fee), for a three course menu plus a few extras. Book via Indie Fude’s eventbrite page, for Thursday 22nd, or for Friday 23rd
Dietary Requirements: Veggie options are available for all courses (see menu above) but please let us know in advance if you require the veggie option. For all other dietary requirements just let us know when you book and we’ll try our absolute best to accommodate you.
