Private Dining: Post-Christmas Party – January 2020

A lovely little private dinner party for our friends at Iberian Wine Tours.

To start:

Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodle Salad with King Prawns, Crispy Crab Spring Rolls,  Fresh Herbs, Carrot & Daikon Pickles & Roasted Peanuts

The main event:

Slow Cooked Dexter Beef Brisket with Red Wine, Mediterranean Herbs & Carrots Colcannon

Grilled Shallots with Dill

Followed by:

Ginger Cake with Brandy Caramelised Apples & Custard
