Each year, the owners of Toni’s Bar and Grill, Armagh, treat all their staff to a post-Christmas party in their home, with an interesting culinary twist. We were delighted to be invited back again this year to share some of our favourite South East Asian inspired dishes with the Toni’s Team.
It’s great (though scary) to cook for chefs who are so interested in the dishes, ingredients and the recipes. Delighted to be able to share so many of our recipes after the event.
