We’re celebrating the longest days of the year with a feast of seasonal dishes, inspired by many of the wild foods and traditional ingredients that would have been eaten by the ancient peoples of Ireland. There will be aperitifs & canapes around our outdoor fire pit, a must for any Celtic summer solstice celebration and then we’ll all go inside for midsummer feasting and drinking in a dining room bedecked with the season’s greenery.
