We (when I say we I mean @edibleflowerbrews ) did a cheeky extra salad pick this morning as @millbankfarm shop had run out of our leaves. They are now restocked 🙌

It’s dumpling #25 - half way through my #50dumplingsinayear challenge 🎉

Seasonal Salad leaves are back!!! Look at all that crispy, juicy deliciousness.

Do you have enough dumplings in your life? Probably not! In my humble opinion you can never have too many dumplings!

To Mexico for dumpling #24 - these are chochoyotes - basically little balls of masa, flavoured with salt, lard and herbs or spices (I used chopped coriander) and then poached in a soup or stew. Not so different to the traditional dumplings from Northern Europe that I grew up eating, made with flour, fat and herbs.
