I believe cooking and eating food should be beautiful, joyful, nourishing and delicious!

Erin is a cook, recipe developer, food stylist and edible flower enthusiast. After a ten-year career in arts management she re-trained as a chef in 2015, attending the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School in East Cork.

On returning home to Northern Ireland in 2016 she co-founded The Edible Flower - a supper club and food business specialising in delicious, seasonal & surprising dishes.

She now spends her days developing menus and new recipes and leading a kitchen team to deliver supper clubs and workshops. The food Erin cooks is fresh, unpretentious, seasonal, beautiful, vegetable-focused and inspired by the beautiful produce of Northern Ireland

Erin recently co-authored her first book The Edible Flower: A Modern Guide to Growing, Cooking and Eating Edible Flowers.

When Erin isn’t working she enjoys making dumplings (she once made 50 different dumplings in a year), reading about Irish folklore and going on holiday!
