Imbolc Supper Club

February is the perfect time for nourishment, roaring fires and some delicious food by candlelight here at The Edible Flower. For the first time EVER we are bringing you a supper club inspired by the Celtic festival of Imbolc/Brigid’s Day to see you through the chilly days of February.

Since we have started marking this festival at home, it has become one of my favourites - it’s a quieter moment in the calendar, but no less significant. A time to get ready for the busy spring sowing here on the farm and to call in the sun’s energy for the year ahead.
