Winter Solstice Supper Club
**SOLD OUT** This year we will be feasting on some Wintry favourites - think warming spiced apple, earthy chestnuts and mushrooms, crispy sage, maple-roasted root vegetables, slow-cooked venison, wine spiced pears and rich chocolate cake. But that is not all - alongside some classic dishes are some delectable surprises - sweet and savoury prawn har gow dumplings, zingy beetroot tostadas with smoky leeks and deliciously fragrant Turkish delight. I’ve so enjoyed putting together this menu and I can’t wait to share it with you all.
Folklore & Feasting: Samhain Supper
Are you ready to be spooked?
This Samhain we invite you to join us for a deliciously spooky evening of feasting and folklore. We will be serving four courses of warming Autumnal delights and interwoven with the food we will be sharing some hair-raising Samhain stories and the folklore of this mysterious and magical time of year.
Banbha’s Bia: Autumn Equinox Supper Club
For this supper club we’re travelling to Sicily, to Mexico, to India and, of course, to Ireland - revisiting lots of my favourite places. Drawing on all the beautiful produce that is available at this time of year we’ll be feasting on charred corn, sweet roasted grapes, slow cooked tomatoes, tender pulled pork with gentle spices, soft creamy squash with zingy salsas, deep purple berries, caramelised apples and the most delicious crisp pastry. It’s going to be a feast for all the senses.
Midsummer Night’s Dream Supper Club (SOLD OUT)
One of the most magical times of the year is upon us and I have a feast in store for you. The festival of Midsummer is celebrated throughout northern Europe to mark the longest days of the year, when the daylight stretches long into the evening and the night sky seems to never be fully dark. For this event, my seventh Summer Solstice supper, the menu pays homage to the magic of Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Bealtaine Supper Club
For this menu I’ll be using the best of the season and what’s garlanding the hedgerows in May, plus some delicious local produce I’ll be taking you on a culinary journey from Thailand to Ireland to Italy via sunny Mediterranean Greece, tantalising your taste buds and surprising you with a few unexpected but delicious flavours. Think of gingery magnolia, unctuous slow-cooked lamb, lemony asparagus, punchy wild garlic, zingy goats cheese, almond-scented hawthorn, the richest chocolate and plenty of springtime greens.
Samhain Feast Supper Club
It’s spooky season! Join me to welcome in the the darker half of the year with a spectacular candlelit Autumnal banquet. Feast on sizzling sausages, unctuous caramelised turnip, crispy cabbage, slow-cooked duck, pillowy pumpkin dumplings coated in sage butter and my absolute favourite apple pie made with homemade puff pastry and caramelised apples and pears!
Summer Solstice Supper Club
One of the most magical times of the year is upon us and we have a feast in store for you. The festival of Midsummer is celebrated throughout northern Europe to mark the longest days of the year, when the daylight stretches long into the evening and the night sky seems to never be fully dark. For this event, our sixth Summer Solstice supper, the menu pays homage to the Swedish, famed for their Midsommar festivities!
It’s said that at Summer Solstice plants take on supernatural healing powers as leaves and greens are at their peak with the long, sunny days. This menu is packed full of fresh greens, early summer fruit and veggies and some gorgeous local produce. Think gravlax and rye bread, pickles and beetroot, Swedish meatballs (there will be a delicious veggie version) and redcurrant jelly, crushed new potatoes, all the herbs, early summer fruit and the most delectable blackcurrant tart!
Bealtaine Supper Club
We love celebrating the festivals of the Celtic Wheel with a supper club, it’s the most delicious way to bring people together to honour and be present in the season. Bealtaine is the Celtic festival that marks the beginning of the lighter half of the year - the return of warmth and sunshine heralded by the hawthorn blossom.
We’ll be celebrating Bealtaine using the best of what is in the garden and hedgerows in May, plus some delicious local produce and a few pickles and preserves from our larder.
The Persephone Supper Club
Join us this Easter weekend for a gorgeous supper club to welcome in the longer days, new shoots in the garden and the arrival of Spring in all her glory!
We’ve put together a menu that celebrates the beginning of new growth with punchy wild garlic, peppery radishes and clean-tasting spring greens alongside the comfort of buttery dumplings , fragrant roasted root vegetables, slow-cooked lamb, warming spices and unctuous fruit preserves. Come feast with us!
Imbolc Supper Club
February is the perfect time for nourishment, roaring fires and some delicious food by candlelight here at The Edible Flower. For the first time EVER we are bringing you a supper club inspired by the Celtic festival of Imbolc/Brigid’s Day to see you through the chilly days of February.
Since we have started marking this festival at home, it has become one of my favourites - it’s a quieter moment in the calendar, but no less significant. A time to get ready for the busy spring sowing here on the farm and to call in the sun’s energy for the year ahead.
Winter Solstice Supper Club
Come, feast and be merry! The end of the year is upon us, gather together with your nearest and dearest to celebrate all the joys 2022 has brought you.
We start the night in our rustic cow byre, bedecked with greenery and twinkling lights. We’ll feast on seasonal flatbreads from our wood-fired pizza oven and drink sparkling wine with a wee shot of blackberry & bay gin. We’ll then head into the Gallery (our beautiful new dining space) for five-courses of deliciousness, plus plenty of chat and craic. Finally, we’ll finish the night round the fire pit (weather permitting) with a warming tea and hopefully lots of new friends.

Join us this Samhain as we embrace the darker-half of the year and the thin time, when the veil between the physical and spiritual world is at it’s most impermeable and fluid . We’ll be celebrating the end of Harvest season with pumpkins, squashes and apples galore and welcoming in the winter season with crisp winter leaves, turnips, leeks and mushrooms .
We’ve packed this menu full of warming comfort dishes many of which are a wee nod to childhood Halloween parties, apple bobbing, turnip carving, cocktail sausages, barmbrack and a few more spooky treats!
The Harvest Supper Club: A Celebration of ‘The Field Project’
NEW DATES ADDED. Join us in mid September for our Harvest Supper Club - as always we're just so excited for this Autumnal gathering.
It's peak produce time - the late summer crops like tomatoes, courgettes, cucumbers and green beans will still be going strong alongside early Autumn crops of root vegetables and a proliferation of fruits in the hedgerows.
Eat Food, Mostly Plants Supper Club
To celebrate the beginning of harvest season and the Celtic festival of Lughnasadh we will be showcasing the best of the season and the garden with a completely plant based (and therefore vegan friendly) menu. We think eating plants, especially at this time of year, can be completely joyful and we want to share that joy with you!

BEALTAINE SUPPER CLUB @ THE EDIBLE FLOWER, MAY 2022
We love celebrating the festivals of the Celtic Wheel with a supper club, it’s the most delicious way to bring people together to honour and be present in the season. This is our first ever Bealtaine supper club. While Bealtaine is traditionally marked on the 1st May, the name also refers to the whole month of May in the Celtic calendar. We’ve decided to make the most of this magical month with a mid May supper club.
COOK FOR UKRAINE SUPPER CLUB @ THE EDIBLE FLOWER, 19TH MARCH 2022
We are hosting a special one-off supper club to raise funds for Ukraine on Saturday 19th March 2022. One hundred percent of the ticket price for the supper club (£100 per ticket) will be donated to the #CookForUkraine fundraising campaign.

It’s been two years since our first ever Oktoberfest Supper Club back in 2019 and now it’s back – An autumnal feast to celebrate the equinox, the turning of the seasons and our love of great beer.

For this event we’ll be taking you on a culinary adventure around South and East Asia revisiting some of our favourite ever recipes, drawing on the brilliance of cooks like Fuschia Dunlop & Mimi Aye, as well as showcasing many of our own creations and the recipes we were lucky enough to learn on our travels. As always we will be featuring lots of beautiful produce from our kitchen garden.

We are finally back with our seasonal solstice supper clubs! This will be our first in-person supper club in over 15 months and we are so delighted to be able to host and feed you in real life once again.
This year’s menu will conjure up those missed Mediterranean holidays, with a generous sprinkling of edible flowers and herbs from our garden.
SILK ROAD SUPPER CLUB @ HOME – SATURDAY 20TH FEBRUARY 2021
We are delighted to be partnering with ArtsEkta for a unique ‘at home’ supper club on Saturday 20th February 2021.
Together we’ll be exploring the ancient network of trading routes along the Silk Road – stretching from China in the East through Persia and onto the Mediterranean in the West. Expect buttery fennel and turmeric flatbreads, silky baba ghanoush, aromatic baked rice, smoky spiced chicken or squash, cardamom chocolate pots, lots of pomegranate seeds and much more besides.

This Spring we’ll be heading back to why our little supper club first started – our love of South East Asian Food. We’ll also be heading back to one of our favourite venues, the Fodder Cafe and Farm Shop at Finnebrogue Woods. We will be serving up a sumptuous Asian Feast in Fodder’s magical tipi nestled in the woods.

It’s almost December again and our annual Winter Solstice Feast is back; this will be our 4th time hosting this lovely event, one of our favourites of the year. Last June we took an amazing culinary trip to Ukraine with the renowned Ukrainian chef Olia Hercules. We cooked and ate our way around the Western Ukraine and now we are bringing a slice (or two) of this delicious cuisine to Northern Ireland.
