The Persephone Supper Club

  • The Edible Flower (map)

Join us this Easter weekend for a gorgeous supper club to welcome in the longer days, new shoots in the garden and the arrival of Spring in all her glory!

We’ve called this The Persephone Supper Club after the Greek goddess of Spring. One of Erin’s favourite Greek myths is the story of Demeter and Persephone, a story that explains the changing seasons from the depths of winter into the new life of spring and then later from the abundance of summer into the hibernation and darkness of Winter. We will be retelling the story as part of the supper club.

We’ve put together a menu that celebrates the beginning of new growth with punchy wild garlic, peppery radishes and clean-tasting spring greens alongside the comfort of buttery dumplings , fragrant roasted root vegetables, slow-cooked lamb, warming spices and unctuous fruit preserves. Come feast with us!
