Festive Gin Making @ The Edible Flower 25th November 2022

  • The Edible Flower (map)

You might say we’re fans of wee gin now and again at The Edible Flower, and The first greeting for our Supper Club guests is always a bespoke cocktail usually with an infused alcohol. A homemade cocktail can be a simple but special welcome, and provide a wee dose of the warm and fuzzies to visitors.

We’re always being asked about how we infuse our alcohol for cocktails, this workshop will teach you how to infuse alcohol yourself, with some tips on what to use, not just for Christmas but seasonally throughout the year.

We’ll start off with a seasonal cocktail and canapes, followed a demonstration on how to infuse your own alcohol. Then you will create your own festive Gin to take home, ready for Christmas and we will finish off with a final cocktail and sweet bite.

We’ll also send you an information pack with everything covered throughout the workshop.
