Summer Solstice Infused Gin Making Workshop - 20th June 2024

  • Roe Valley Arts & Cultual Centre 24 Main Street Limavady BT49 0FJ (map)

I’m collaborating with Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre in Limavady on two very special workshops bringing a bit of floral magic to the North Coast. This infused gin making workshop is the second one, but also check out our floral biscuits and cordial workshop on 24th May.

Join The Edible Flower, a culinary luminary featured in Vogue and The Irish Times, for a unique and special workshop celebrating the Summer Solstice. In this session we will be creating gin infused with hawthorn, elderflower, roses and herbs. Exploring the folklore of these botanical ingredients, you will learn how to infuse their essence into gin. Uncover solstice traditions and mystical properties, whilst blending infusing techniques with storytelling for a taste of the past and present. You will leave with your own jar of naturally infused gin.

Afterwards we will email you a handout with the information on infusing gin.

The time: 6pm-8pm on Friday 20th June 2024
The place: Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre, 24 Main Street, Limavady BT49 0FJ
The cost: £35 (£32 concessions)
The drinks: A cocktail and some snacks will be provided on arrival.
